Features
A social media approval workflow for teams that move fast.
Add a human checkpoint before content goes live without adding a maze of stages. Post Ripple keeps review optional, visible, and close to the post itself.

What your team gets
Confidence before the publish button.
Review is designed for a founder, creator, or small content team that wants another look—not a full content-operations department.
Optional by design
Keep direct publishing for solo work. Enable review only for teams or content that needs it.
Clear decisions
Owners and admins can approve, request changes, or reject a post with a required reason.
Status and alerts
In-app notifications and a personal submission history show creators exactly where their content stands.
Predictable publishing
Reviewers see whether approval publishes immediately or schedules the post for its planned time.
Common questions
Can approval workflows be turned off?
Yes. Approval is an organization-level setting. Turn it on when your team needs a review step, or leave it off for direct publishing. Open review items must be resolved before the workflow is disabled.
What happens when a post needs changes?
An admin can request changes with a note or reject the post completely. The creator receives an in-app update and can track the current decision, feedback, and activity from the Review page.
Do approvals affect scheduled posts?
New scheduled posts wait for approval before entering the publishing queue. Reviewers see the planned time before deciding; if that time has already passed, the approval action clearly switches to publishing immediately.
